The PIL 1000 Campaign aims to raise $500,000–$750,000 annually for the PIL. When 1,000 people commit to giving, we can support student-athletes in grades 2–12, ensuring every child has the chance to play and compete.
WHY 1000 MATTERS
Not every student enters athletics with the same resources. Some can afford private training, new gear, and extra opportunities—many cannot. The PIL 1000 Campaign helps close that gap so that effort, talent, and teamwork—not family finances—determine opportunity. Funds from the campaign are applied where they are needed most, including, but not limited to:
Scholarships for PIL youth participation fees
PIL High School Senior Scholar-Athlete awards (2 per school, renewable for 4 years)
College and post–high school athletic preparation programs
New PIL initiatives like PIL/PPR 2nd Grade Swim Program and PIL Summer Math Trajectory
